The CHD Awareness Quilt Project "Passionately promoting CHD Awareness one stitch at a time"

The CHD Quilt Project is a very special project to bring awareness to the world about congenital heart defects. Each quilt is specially made of 42 different blocks. Each block is personally made for an individual born with a congenital heart defect.

Please remember the CHD Awareness Quilt Project is protected by all copyright laws. Duplication in any fashion without written permission from the CHD Awareness Quilt Project is a violation of those copyright laws.

We will need your child's (or your) name, the number of the quilt which features your quilt block and a description of why that quilt block is important to you. Click on any of the "clickable" blocks in the quilts to review how others have chosen to write about their quilt blocks.

Please limit your submission to 100-200 words (absolutely no more than 500 words). Submissions may be edited for inclusion on the website. By sending us your story, you give CongenitalHeartDefects.com the right to publish the story on the website.
