Alexander Guy Jaworski was born on August 11, 1994. He was 7 years old when we requested a quilt block be made for him. At the time, Alex was crazy about Harry Potter. I was able to find some Harry Potter material and sent it to the McCains to be used in the quilt block. I also told Nancy and J.D. that Alex took art lessons and loved to read. Nancy and J.D. took Alex's love of Harry Potter, art and reading to make his unique quilt block. You can see Alex's favorite Hogwart's house (Griffindor), Harry Potter catching the Golden Snitch and a swatch of material with art supplies and books on it. Alex was delighted with the block when he saw it!
