What the CHD quilt means to me
I think it's great that these quilts recognize children and adults who are
either living with a CHD or have died from a CHD. This square is special to me
and my
mom. My mom cried when she saw my quilt and my name on the honor roll of CHD.
The quilt is a
story about hope and new life, it's about miracles and that angels are watching
us and our children. I couldn't ask for a better life or family. My CHD is
a part of me, it's who I am and the quilt represents me and my life living with
severe TOF.
